Well first thing that comes to my mind is that all our members are gmt +1,2 so you being gmt-3 isnt good.. let's see other ppls opinions though..

From my personal experience i would suggest you to find clan closer to your timezone, because most of the time you will be alone online and sooner or later will quit clan only because of that :)
