Description:
Quest to acquire occupation change item, 'Mark of Glory'. Prefect Vokian says in order to survive the chaotic future, the Orcs must unify all of their tribal kingdoms. If you can subjugate each Orc tribe while representing the Lord, you shall receive the Mark of Glory. However, to become representative to the Lord, you must first defeat the Manashens of the Ivory Tower, the Tyrants of the wastelands and the Guardian Basilisk as a test.

Start Location
Town of Giran

1. The Quest begins in Giran Town, with Prefect Vokian, who is located at the Orc Guild. He will ask you to kill 3 different monsters to prove your worth. You must collect 10 items from these monsters before returning.

2. The monsters you must hunt are :

Manashen Gargoyle (located in the northern area of the Ivory Tower Pit) - For Manashen Shard

Guardian Basilisk (located at the southern end of Death Pass) - For Basilisk Guardian Fangs

Tyrant (scattered throughout the Wastelands) - For Tyrant Talon
 

3. Once you have collected all the items, return to Prefect Vokian. He will send you to speak to Chief Chianta in Dion Town. Chief Chianta will tell you to retrieve 5 Scepters of Flame from various Orc Tribes.

4. For more information on the Orc Tribes, you must speak to Seer Manakia in Giran Town and Prefect Kasman in Gludin Town. Go to Seer Manakia first and ask about Breka Orc and the Enku Orc. He will give you directions to find them (although the flags indicating their positions might not appear on you map), and reminds you that you are a representative of the Lord of Flame.

5. You must travel north out of Giran Town, to the Breka's Stronghold. Follow the hill to up till you reach Breka Chief Voltar, where upon you must take the Scepter of Flame by force. 2 quest monsters will appear that you must fight (they are relatively easy, but bring HP potions). After defeating them, talk to Breka Chief Voltar and receive the Scepter of Breka.

6. Next travel to the area south of Floran Village (just south-east of the Monster Race Track) and talk to Enku Chief Kepra. Once again you must take the Scepter by force, although this time 4 quest monsters appear (again they are relatively easy, but bring HP potions). Once you have despatched with them, talk to Enku Chief Kepra and you will receive the Scepter of Enku.

7. Travel onwards to Gludin Town and speak to Prefect Kasman. He will tell you the locations of the Vuku, Turek and Lennut Orc Chiefs (although the flags indicating their positions might not appear on you map).

8. Travel to the area between the Langk Lizardmen Dwellings and the Forgotten Temple to find the Leunt Chief Harak (there are numerous spelling inconsistencies here, as the tribe are referred to as Lennut, Leunt and also Tunath!). Unlike the previous Chiefs, Harak will offer the Scepter without a fight.

9. You must next travel to the Orc Barracks (located north of Gludin) where you must talk to Turek Chief Burai. He is located in the middle of the Orc Barracks, so you must be very careful when searching and talk to him, as many of the monsters in the area are aggressive. After speaking to him, 2 quest monsters will appear for you to fight (again they are easy, but bring HP potions). Once you killed them talk to Turek Chief Burai to gain the Scepter of Turek.

10. Travel to Gludio next, and travel due east from the town, continuing across the river and there you will find the Vuku Chief Driko. He will offer you the last Scepter if you collect and bring him 30 Marsh Stakato Drone Husks. The Marsh Stakato Drones are located in Cruma Marshlands, slightly north-east of the Cruma Tower. Becareful in this area, as many monsters are aggressive.

11. Once you have 30 Husks, return to Vuku Chief Driko and you will receive the Scepter of Vuku. Now that you have all 5 Scepters, you must return to Chief Chianta in Dion Town.

12. He will then ask you to bring him 20 heads from the Timak Orc Tribe and 20 heads from the Tamlin Orc Tribe.

13. Timak Orcs are located throughout the Timak Outpost (located south-west of Oren Town). You must be careful in the area as many of the monster as higher level than you and many are aggressive (Timak Orc Troop Leaders in particular as they will spawn a whole group of monsters when fighting you). Once you have 20 heads, travel to the Hunters Village.

14. Exit the Hunters Village by the north-east exit, and travel to the east of the village. There you will find Tamlin Orcs, which you must hunt until you have 20 of their heads.

15. Return to Chief Chianta and present the heads to him. He will tell you the final part of the quest is to be completed in the Orc Village, with Seer Tanapi.

16. Travel to the Orc Village and speak to Seer Tanapi. He will ask you to retrieve the stolen Scepter of Tantos, and return it to him.

17. You must travel to the Southern Region of the Immortal Plateau. There you will find a small valley (located on the map with a marker) with Ragna Orcs. You need only kill 1 of them for the quest monster 'Revenant of Tantos Chief' to appear. Dispatch with the quest monster and you will receive the Scepter of Tantos.

18. Present Seer Tanapi with the Scepter, and you will receive Ritual Box which you must present to the Flame Lord Kakai (who is located upstairs in the same building).

19. Upon presenting the Ritual Box, Flame Lord Kakai will present you with the Mark of Glory.
